independence and privacy. We built emmy to be human-centric, to provide you and your loved ones a way to get door-to-door, simply and safely. Whenever and wherever you need us—emmy’s got your back.
No. emmys are not medical or health care professionals. emmys are not trained to, and will not, administer medical treatments, advice, or medications, transport or operate medical equipment, or otherwise provide any medical or healthcare assistance.
If you need immediate medical assistance, please call 911.
Though emmys do not carry things for you, they may on occasion and at their own discretion, provide customers with minor assistance. However, emmys will not operate or transport other medical equipment such as oxygen tanks.
You can request an emmy for anytime between the hours of 7AM and 11:59PM. If you need an emmy outside of that time, let us know at email@example.com. We plan to expand our hours of operations very soon!
We are currently offering service in the New York City area and in a limited geographic region of New Jersey (including Newark, Harrison, Jersey City, Hoboken). Service to New Jersey will incur a $15 surcharge and service to Staten Island will incur a $10 surcharge to accommodate for our emmys travel times.

emmys can be requested at any time, even as immediate as 1 hour in advance. Feel free to book an emmy for a same day request or for a future date. We do not guarantee that emmys will be immediately available upon request at all times, but will do our very best to accommodate all requests in a timely manner.
All trips that are cancelled within 24 hours of pick up or have already been assigned to an Emmy are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Trips that are cancelled after a trip has started will be charged full price for a block of 1 hour. If you rebook your trip within 24 hours, we will refund your cancellation fee.
Customers will pay for their mode of transportation be it taxi, car, subway, bus, etc. An emmy, however, is expected to pay for their own public transportation. If a customer decides to use a carpool service, they will need to request and pay for a seat for their emmy.
